Marilyn Monroe

A 4 sheet wall mural of American actress, singer and model Marilyn Monroe. Monroe started her film career in 1946 and went on to become one of Hollywood's most glamorous and popular performers. This famous portrait, used by Pop Artist Andy Warhol for his silkscreen images in the 1960's that helped to establish Monroe as a pop icon as well as part of American history, was originally taken by photographer Frank Powolny in 1954. Powolny was head portrait and still photographer at film studio Twentieth Century Fox and his photographs of many famous stars have graced theatre lobbies, newspapers and magazines around the world.
